Trip to "Nowhere" that was the destination in our previous trip when we went out in Smarty's (Nithina Kumar) Swift until we reached the destination Talakad, Gagana Chukki, Bara Chukki (near Kollegal my native)and Sangama.

But this time we know the destination. Oh!!! ya "DANDELI and GOKARNA" hope we visit it until unless we reach the palces we are not sure:P. This 2 places of the highlight in our trip. In this trip we include our Chinese Hero - 'Venkat' who just returned from 1 and half month Bangkok and Indonesia trip. Deepak - what to tell 'expression less' to tell about him. Umesh the Rules maker for this trip, with his strong principles. Smarty who will be in big trouble bcoz he can't tell about his Prateeksha. And myself 'let someone comment':P, its not good to talk about myself. And Bharat who will be joining us till Mangalore but cant make it to the Dandeli for 5 days.

The actual cause for the trip, that we are reaching Smarty's "House Warming Ceremony" thats on Wednesday 17th Feb 2010 and also "Baby Shower" for Smarty's sis-in-law on Friday 19th Feb 2010. Frankly speaking that we are leaving today thats Friday 19th Feb 2010. So its pretty clear we are not going for either.

We friend had few so called "Rules" in this trip by Umesh Nirvani.

1. Nobody should restrict in drinking.
2. No calls allowed other then informing parents that 'I'm safe'.
3. Nobody should sleep until everybody sleep, who ever sleep gets 'BUMS', and double for me bcoz I had slept off in previous trip.
4. Talking about doves is "ALLOWED" (strange):P, but expects Nithina Kumar(just bcoz we have listened enough).
5. Sharing the food with 2 non-veg and 3 Veggies.
6. Another thing shouldn't be discussed in trip "hindu-muslim,bhagvadgita bagge matadbardu,....".

Wish You a Happy & Prosperous NewYear 2010. I want to share my different experience what happened to me on Jan 1st 2010. My friend Nitin Shetty(Commonly Known as Smarty) had planned a new year celebration on his house {Bcoz his bro was not there:P} and later going to Coorg. He told all of us(Umesh, Deepak, Reddy, Amrit, Ganesh, Bharat & Winay) to reach home around 8 p.m on Dec 31st 2009 for celebration and around 3 am Jan 1st 2010 for the trip. I had to travel all the way from Marathalli to Vijaynagar almost like 40 Km i think not sure about it. It was raining very badly so I couldn't reach his place as planned. So i told Nithin to pick me from Marathalli, they agreed for that. Later I had a nap I was unable to get up i dont know all of sudden i got up and a saw my cell some 50 missed call from Nithin & Umesh, at that time they were near Kengeri I think some 60 Km away. I picked the call and told them please come and pick me, I just the told then to come near Marathalli circle from there I'll guide you to my house, so Nithin suggested me to wash your face dont sleep again. I did as he told me to by the time they could reach Marathalli, I was in sleep AGAIN!!. Hence we shifted our house the nobody knew the exact location. So Morning i got up around like 9:45 am, had some 35 missed call and a very cute message from Umesh "Maga Sorry le we are leavin now. V waited for half an hour near circle . Leavin now:( Have fun:)"

Madikeri is also known as Mercara. It was a trip organised from our office, thanks to Sushma and Prerana(she couldnt make it for trip) for help. We left Bangalore around 2 am morning on 4th July. Everybody suggested not to go to Madikeri because it was raining heavily. We had a plan to see Nagarhole first early in the morning for the first trip. But the driver suggested not to go via Mysore, because there was riot.


So Saturday morning we had breakfast and went to Tibetian Colony. The picture below is the of our office colleagues. Let me name them, from the right: Roopa(Accountant), Thulasi, Sushma(Team Lead), Shruti, Sureka, Vinila, Madhu, Bhagya, Ankit, Gaurang & Venkat(Missing fellow is Binu, Sandeep, Poornima and Me).


After Bylakuppe(Tibetian Colony) next we went to NisargaDhama. Sad part is we couldnt get Elephant ride in there. Just roamed around and the funniest part was Gaurang(1st fellow one in white shirt) fell:D

After Nisargadhama, next stop was in Dubare(Elephant Camp). We had our lunch, and some people wanted to go for rafting, but we just had a boat trip crossed the otherside of the river. Suddenly it started to rain, it was awesome. There we go missin fellows Sandeep(with "V"ictory), Binu(behind Sandeep), me next to Binu and Poornima next to me(My Love). Even thou it was offical i got chance to bring her.


In the above pic, seems Gaurang is ready for Bangra dance. Next was Abbey/Abhi falls. Almost everybody had bath:P.

They say Raja Seat is good for sunset but unlucky we couldnt, bcoz its was drizzling.

Later we reach Calparuksha(homestay), it was no words to explain it was very neat place was awesome. We had some puja(hope guys understand what it exactly means), had proper dinner.

Sunday morning we went to TalaCauvery. OMG!!(Oh! My God), thats the expression everybody had. We were feeling the cloud in our face, it was killer. Visibility I think it was 15-20 meter not more then that.


We had to hurry up, if in case there is more rain the road might get filled up in Bhagamandala (Triveni Sangam) . The picture below was taken from TalaCauvery point.
